I had them change the sights on my SR9C. I waited and thirty minutes later I was good to go. Love supporting a mom and pop store.

Great service. But it took almost 2 months to get my Springfield. Don't recommend buying any new guns here, unless you want to wait months to get it. Go to Markleys or elsewhere where they already have them in stock.

I strive to support local businesses, and remain courteous in my interactions. I was told the simple coating work proposed would take two weeks. After two months, my item was not touched. Two wasted trips and several phone calls. Excuses were far ranging, including high humidity, being told how busy they are over and over, as well as being shown all the many repair and work tickets backed up. The high humidity excuse was particularly irking, given the weather and weeks of high pressure with no rain. I don't like being BSed. They get two stars for at least being an open gun shop in Northern California.
