During the Safer at Home era, I purchased a weapon from the owner, Emily. She advised me that it was possible the background check could be delayed for a number of reasons (I purchased late in the day before a Closed day for the business, there's pandemic going on, etc). I understood, no problem.A few days after the expected start of the background check, it had not started. It's a pandemic, you know? Emily was very pleasant about my request for a refund and promptly put a check in the mail to save me the trouble of having to come back.Very impressed. Can't wait to visit again and make a purchase.

So many years ago I purchased my first gun here. Fast forward many years later, my parents passed and I came into money trouble. The owner offered me the best deal and it really helped me out in my time of need. When it comes time to purchase another firearm, I'm definitely coming back here.

Amazing service. I just had a 10 minute phone call with the owner. I have a few different situations going on at the moment and had a few questions. The main issue was about interstate intrafamilial transfers. Most FFLs have no clue about this but she was very knowledgeable. She didn't rush me either.
