bads customers service...with racist n profiling employees

Nice guys, large projectile selection, and always seem to have something new And cools stuff I want every time I come in! Worth the trip!

The bigger guy working there is a real a-hole.I called to ask the price of an item and he said $20 which I wrote down immediately, so I know that he said $20. When I mentioned that I was told $20 over the phone he accused me of lying.I then asked if there was any sort of return policy, because I may have someone who had an extra if what I was purchasing. He snapped back at me with a 'why don't you wait then?' To which I replied that I wasn't sure of the extra and I wanted it just in case.I asked again about the returns and he said 'If you buy it today, then no.' In a snarky tone.I ended up buying the item for an extra $10 because I am not sure if the friend will have an extra and I'd rather pay an extra $10 than wait for shipping...Just for the record, I was very patient and did not show my frustration until about 5 minutes before I left when I asked him why he was being so aggressive when I am just trying to get information....Also, Big 5 told me that for ammunition there was a $19 background check that takes 2 days (potentially more depending on the person).....R.C. Guns told me up to 30 days....I asked the average time and he replied very angrily that there was not an average time because 'they' are f*cking all this up right now.In summary, this guy was a real pleasure doing business with (sarcasm)I will likely not be returning to this store again, despite being so close compared to other sporting goods/gun stores in the area.I feel like this guy should not have access to any guns with a temper like this either.

I called to get information on how to purchase a hand gun being that I am new to this. And whoever answered the phone. Was very rude & rushing to get off the phone. I definitely wont be going to this location.

called to get information and they were nice and helpful. we went into the store and the Gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful nice and well informed. I am not sure why people say they have attitude. THEY DO NOT.
