Nice Shot - Redding Indoor Shooting Range and Training

Took a class in firearm safety recently and was very impressed. Very informative presentation. The four hours went fast! Love the indoor range.

Approximately six months ago, I was hoping to familiarize myself with handguns, so I contacted most of the instructors and firing ranges that popped up on google for the Redding area. Nice Shot was the only range that replied to my voicemail, and I am glad they did. My girlfriend and I took the introductory handgun class and the CCW class (initial for me and renewal for her). I was pleased with all of the instructors I have been able to work with at Nice Shot, and would recommend that anyone use their services.The instructors are willing to spend as much energy and effort in training you on proper shooting technique as you are willing to put in to the session. In addition to how much the instructors care, they are particularly gifted with working with individuals during their sessions and ensuring that the individuals are not overwhelmed or intimidated by the experience.As stated above, I have taken two classes here, and I most definitely intend on taking the defensive handgun course when it is next offered.

I am really impressed with my firearms instructor, Andrew. His expertise with firearms and the law always amazes me. This was the 3rd time with him as a leadership coach. He is VERY good at explaining the proper use of multiple weapons. He works extremely well with first time shooters to expert marksmen. Little did I realize that I would have to use his training less than 24 hours after my recertification. I had a drug crazed intruder come down the highway to my property. He went through two barbed wire fences and two electric fences. My training gave me the confidence and knowledge to use less than lethal force to redirect the intruder off my property and into the hands of law enforcement.Thank you Andrew & Nice Shot for protecting America and our freedoms, on CCW at a time.
