I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Primo Tactical. I'd read all the great reviews and decided to give them a try since I'm newer to CA and wanted to order online and have a local FFL handle it. I'd had a bunch of questions and Ronnie was quick to answer them via text. Once the day came to go do all the paperwork, I was met with nothing but professionalism and friendliness from the whole crew, including Michelle and Celeste. They were all incredibly patient and helpful, and all so nice. The store is in a great location, their fees are the best I've found, and they're so easy to work with. If you're looking for a new FFL or somewhere to make a purchase, definitely swing by their shop!

Primo isn't your typical firearm/ammo dealer. For someone like me, that's ideal. They're regular down to earth people who like guns (and lingerie ;)). There's plenty of eye candy around the shop too ;). They use great modern communication methods (SMS baby!). Paperwork and pickup was a breeze. Parking meters are aplenty and you might even score a cold drink! Thanks Primo!

Extremely friendly staff, I heard it described in another review as a 'hidden gem' and I'd have to agree there. I've been driving thirty minutes to goto another gunstore which ultimately had been charging me more for ammo than Primo would. No more! Just make sure to bring cash!
