Long wait to get in. I gave up and left

Extremely unprofessional, overpriced and looking to screw inexperienced gun buyers. My experience with staff has been worse every time I visit, very disrespectful and condescending tone to a repeat customer. Prices on guns have been jacked up due to covid situation, even after I spoke to owner once and said he would never overprice due to the situation. I was there Saturday with my dad to get him a gift for Fathers Day. Naturally there was a line with the covid situation. My father chose a handgun and we proceeded to tell them we still wanted to look around for a long gun. Not only did they rush us, they didnt bother giving us dedicated attention when we asked about guns behind the counter. Once I was ready to pay, they proceed to try to make me do two separate transactions, one for hand gun and another for long guns. Basically they wanted to charge two DROS fees when all the guns shouldve been one single transaction and couldve been done under one DROS, as Ive done in the past. Then when we bring it up to them, they said thats the way it works, if unhappy they could cancel transaction, feeling very confident trying to act all tough and mighty behind the counter. The transaction was cancelled and I will be taking my service elsewhere, plenty of decent FFL and gun shops in the Bay Area who know how to appreciate customers.

Friendly, informative staff. Convenient hours. Good selection. Clean and well organized.

Just called in to get some information on the pistols they have available and was greeted by a condescending employee who eventually hung up the phone on me when I asked which glocks they have available. Will gladly take my service elsewhere.

Was looking at firearms and he came up to me and told me if I was going to buy a gun I said yes he was mad and I told him can i keep looking he side most of the people wen they come in they know what they want so what Im buy not you just do your job not spending my money with them
