Staff has always been friendly on every visit, but today I had the 'pleasure' of meeting Manager Jessica and was treated very badly. I asked questions on my way in the store and again on my way out and got the same answer as I always have from everyone else. Today Jessica let me know 'I got lucky every other trip' and I was not able to complete the business I went to the store for.
