Buck's Gun Rack

My boyfriend and I went here to look at pistols. He ended up getting a shotgun. Alan helped us throughout the process, even taking the time to explain loading, safety and carrying it! Truly a great experience and will be back again to get myself a small gun!

I can say I most likely will never do business with this place again. In all honesty I cannot remember the last time a place of business, that I was doing business with treated me so rudely and disrespectful. I will say the Gentleman who finally waited on me when I was picking up my new gun (Sat., 6-27-20) was cordial and we briefly exchanged comments on what had transpired since he seen it, yet nothing done, it was just blown off basically. I know gun sales are high, there's lots of tension, etc. but you would think they would treat all customers the same, but I guess when you are selling well you don't care cause there's most likely 5 more customers to replace you (which I intend to do more buying, just not here). I'm not special nor better than anyone, but that goes both ways. I should have been waited on in the order I came in, and not pushed back (twice) so others could be waited on (1 even admitting he was behind me, but could he ask a quick question. Which amounted to getting the folder, looking him up, his paperwork, retrieving his gun....seriously, he said he was not next. When it was obviously more than 'a quick question' the 'right' thing to have done would have been had him wait and went back to taking care of me, not have me get back in line.), and it known and obvious to counter workers he did it, and seen by a third. If you watch and observe the counter help here (which I unfortunately had plenty of time to do) you will see they are very attentive when someone comes through the door (good idea). So I had been waiting roughly 30 minutes, a few customers ahead of me (no problem), but when the guy says who's next, and I wave and say me, he looks then waits on the guy who just came through the door and has been standing only in front of his area for the whole maybe 2 minutes he was there. Just warning you that if you like to be treated fairly, equal, and with respect, go elsewhere.V.P.

Rode up to Daytona Beach from Cape Canaveral for a day trip on the Harley. I had been looking for a particular handgun that nobody has in stock. When I saw Buck's Gun Rack, even though I have ridden past there many times and didn't think they would have it either, I just had to stop in and look. And man am I glad I did!!! What a great place! Instantly felt like an old friend, very friendly, very nice team there. They had exactly what I was looking for, didn't try to upsell me into something else for hundreds more (like most of the shops I've been to in Brevard) and talked me through all the options in that same category. Then took the time and helped me find the exact right carry holster. What a great bunch of people there and a really nice place to do business with. I left there with exactly what I was looking for and a really fair deal. It's a bit of a ride from Cape Canaveral, but I'll definitely be a Buck's customer from now on! Advice, don't keep driving past. Stop in and do business with them! Thanks Buck's Team!

I think every time I am in town I end up spending at least $25 to $50 in this place. Its always a worthwhile trip.
