So let me start off by saying that I have bought almost all of my weapons from this facility. Today, my mood has changed. I called asking about a Glock 19 Gen5, was told one was left, (after calling about 100 times, and hitting the number 4 extension about another 100 times). Got to talk to someone a couple of the times, and every time I wanted to put a deposit to hold the last one I was told that they would have to transfer me. No problem right? Wrong. Every time I get transferred either got disconnected or straight up hung up on. Finally after another 100 phone calls and pressing number 4, another 100 times, I finally get someone else. Was told yes sorry for the inconvenience, but let me go put my hands on it, great! Wrong. Sorry sir someone was selling it as I went to go grab it, explained the situation, sorry sir.Out of the all the guns Ive purchased there, I have always recommended people to visit here because of the customer service, and the deals. Today, that changed my mind. And it honestly sucks. But thanks for nothing guys.
