Decent little range. Staff are excellent even for beginners. Also have a great selection of weapons.

I purchased a 40 caliber Smith and Wesson from Jays Guns, only because a different business wouldn't sell to me because I wasn't a Florida resident (military; stationed at Tyndall) I have since PCS'd and needed a bill of sale to prove the gun was mine when I arrived at my new duty station. Considering Federal Law requires licensed firearms dealers to maintain records of gun sales for at least 20 years, I called Jays and ask them to e-mail me a copy back in December. For the first 2 months, I called weekly asking for status update/if they found the bill of sale and the answer was always no. I explained to the staff, that my gun is in the base armory and can't get it back until I produce a bill of sale and their attitude was laissez-faire at best. The past 4 months I have called monthly and they still haven't found it. Bottom Line: Their prices are highest in town and the customer service is the lowest. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they sold me the gun and price matched.

Moved from Ga to Panama city. Found jays guns. Very knowledgeable help with get it done attitudes. Other words found my go to firearm store.

Have been an on and off customer at Jay's for a few years but not often enough to know anyone by name or vice versa I have paid to use the range knowing it's a little expensive but never had any problems until I went to purchase a gun I was looking to buy an entry level ar 15 wanted to buy an M&P but the man at the counter pulled out an ATI millsport ar 15 I wasn't to keen on the gun because they had it over priced by quite a bit around $180 he sold me on it by giving me a laundry list of attachments that will come with the gun that was worth about $200 so I bought it. Came back 3 days later to pick the gun up and all of the sudden the gun came with none of the accessories and I spoke to the man who sold me the gun and he lied to my face and on top of that the other 2 people working who where not even there told me that I knew the gun came with just a mag. I still had the piece of paper on me that he had wrote out the cost of the accessories and the gun showing me the great value. Despicable behavior will never shop there again.
