great people. went to another, national chain to get a Ruger mk 4 and was told 3-5 day waiting period, as I had a gift certificate from them, I almost did it.instead I went 2 miles from my house to shooters world, found the exact same gun for $50 cheaper AND walked out with it! prices are right in line with everyone elses, and alot of times cheaper. Found .38's when no one else around had them.......Oh yeah their range is second to none! great atmosphere and great rangers.

2nd time I go in there and I ask for something, they say they dont got it I look around and eventually find it myself the workers dont know the store or are helpful , sorry

I don't understand why you guys have to be so rude all the time. This is my third time and last. Just because I'm not a member you don't have to speak to people including the gentleman in front of me like a child to get in a separate line. I understand because of the virus times are rough but when it's over people will remember how they were treated. Prices are ridiculous now and I just attempted to call for range ammo and got hung up on. You guys need a whole overhaul. Look at all the reviews, there's no denying you have customer service issues.

My wife and I purchased guns during the gun show. 6/21. We waited 4 hours to be checked out and then told me have to pick up the weapons the following tuesday. Ok I get it. On Wednesday I called and was told that everything I was told on 6/21 was a lie and they lost 90% of the paperwork. They told me on Saturday the system Should be up and the guns will be ready. On Saturday 6/27 I waited in line for 1 hour to be told my background check isnt ready to call back. I called back 6/28 and was told its too busy to check. After being in retail management it is clear that the objective was to increase the revenue and disregard the consumer experience. Im extremely disappoint with the communication and the lack of transparency.

First time getting a transfer and horrible experience. Is been delivered already and I WAS called by an employee to come today, I been here for over 2 hours for them to tell me I was never called and the gun is not ready. They werent even nice about it very rude and basically said no one called me I most be lying. Definitely horrible experience.
