I was in Trigger Time last week. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. I was kicked out of the store because of the color of my skin. The person there was angry and rude to me. Knowing the person was armed I followed his instructions and did not challenge him. I have lived in this country for many years. This person was PREDIGEST to me and the people with me. The cameras inside the store will confirm my experience.

Walked in with a friend wanting to try some rental guns out and shoot. I told the staff Michael, I believe, that I was completely new to shooting and he took the time out to teach me about proper grip and came into the range to check on us and offer more guidance. Overall a clean and welcoming facility with competent workers. I will definitely be back for more practice. Well done.

Worst experience I have ever had. Showed up with 5 people and asked for two lanes. We were told that groups are only allowed one lane?! That makes no sense. A sixth person showed up and said hey Im going to get another lane because thats the logical thing to do. The owner got upset and decided to throw half of our group out and threatened to call the police?? I wonder what that offense would have been since we were polite and we paid. Im a huge advocate for supporting local business and families and this is not how you treat your customers. You shouldnt be in business if you can tolerate people.
