I have been wanting to purchase a gun for awhile, I just hadnt done it yet. Buying a gun can be very intimidating for first time buyers; I knew a little bit of what I was doing but still a lot of thing I did not know. I went to another gun store in the area that was highly recommended by my father in law; they did not have what I wanted and didnt help me find and alternative option. So I took it upon myself to drive to Copperhead Ridge hoping to receive better service and find what I needed. First thing I walked in the door I met Scott (the owner) my experience with purchasing a gun just got a whole lot better from this point. I told him I was looking for a Remington 870; he told me he had one left and almost immediately proceeded to show me the gun and go over it with me and all the safety features. He also asked if I were considering anything else; I told him I consider the Glock; the were currently out of the glock19 but found me a great alternative with a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 Shield EZ. They had just run out of stock on this one; but special order for me and will be in within a week after my background check is clear. I am very happy with the level of service that I receive here. Scott and his team create and immerse their customers in the buying experience and make it very pleasant for everyone. While I was there; they were fairly busy; but I was treated like I was the only one there; as was everyone else by other members of Scotts amazing team. I highly recommend going to see Scott and his team. Scott and his team will always be my contact point for purchasing any guns in the future. I absolutely love this place! Do yourself a favor and stop in and check out Copperhead Ridge!

Tried to go in 10 minutes before they closed to get a box of ammo and went up to the door they had left open to a man coming out saying they are closed and shut it in my face. Terrible service

Was not impressed with how they spoke to me and were extremely rude to my wife when she asked questions. Will be going to Fort Liberty from now on
