Dropped our boat off September 2019 for them to replace the engine over the winter. They put our repairs on hold (didnt notify us) or forgot about it, and it is now July 2020, and our boat is still not fixed. Working with the service department and hoping to get the boat fixed ASAP.

I took my boat to get a fuel pump fixed and a few small other things. 2200 dollars later and I get my boat back and it has the same problem. I took it back to the shop and I had to argue with them over the broken fuel pump to get it replaced. They said they wouldnt warranty it until there rep looked at it. So the second time I got my boat back the fuel pump is still not working. This is twice now east side marine has put a broken fuel pump in my boat. 2200 dollars later and my boats still not fixed. I'm very upset with east side marine and I'll be taking my boat back up there Monday 6-15-19) If they do not want to fix it for me I will be having to get legal help and go talk to a lawyer. I never imagined east side marine would beat me out of 2200 dollars.
