My personal experience with Russ started when I talked to him about supplemental insurance (think of the duck) for Ranger Supply. He was very professional in comparison to other business owners I speak to. The following year I went to the Indy 1500 and bought everything to build my first AR. After getting home I realized that I was missing a spring from the lower kit and called him minutes prior to closing. Not only did he stay open for me but he gave me the spring I needed to finish building my lower and gave me advice on a set of sights. He talked me out of buying Magpul after sharing the experience he had when a sight broke and they wouldn't replace it for him. Since then I have bought red dots, lights, mags, and countless accessories. After YEARS of great customer service and pricing on products I will not go anywhere else. Some may say he is brash but in my opinion he is brutally honest and does not sugar coat anything. As a customer that is what I want to hear.

Best prices and the most knowledgeable staff in town. They will try to get you anything, at the lowest cost possible, and are great to use as an FFL if ordering from elsewhere. The selection may not always be the best, but that is understandable for a smaller store, likely trying to keep lower overhead. Great local company to give your business to.
