Ordered a boat anchor. When the delivery person brought it to my door they were highly concerned with the packaging. The anchor was poking out in spots and had a half a roll of shipping tape holding it together. It was a single layer box with about 4 feet a crunched up paper protecting an anchor with six 3 inch spikes on it. I sent an email to Sportsman's Warehouse about the poor packaging and the fact I'd have to repaint a new product. After a week, absolutely no response. Very poor customer service. They couldn't even reply with a sorry!
