!!BEWARE!! ZX Gun is an absolute joke. Bought and paid for firearm online & had it sent to Zx Gun for FFL transfer. It has sat in their back room for over 3 weeks & they will NOT let me pick it up. They claim to only do transfers Tues-Friday 10am-2pm and would not let me pick up on a Saturday afternoon when I was there in store. I asked if I was able to make an appointment to pickup the item outside of their 'transfer hours' and was told 'No'. They will ALSO charge a fee if the firearm is not picked up within 30 days.

Best prices hands down. They make freedom look like they buy from zx and mark up the prices. Always helpful and professional even when a super leftie like me shows up. I have only had 1 problem with them and that was a grip didnt fit on my Anderson lower. Both were purchased with them. A employee helped me with the grip pick and knew the lower I had. When I got home to install the grip I found it didn't find and called them they said no returns even after the employee was the one that helped me pick it out knowing all the specs. 1 time out of the countless i have been there isn't bad. 4 stars. Would be 5 if that incident didn't happen.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a question they will find an answer. I leave there business everytime knowing that they put their customers first. My 15 year old son has a great time there too. Even though he can't buy a gun they answer all his questions too. They have lower prices than most shops around town.
