Unbelievable how unprofessional and unhelpful the customer service is here. I ordered my gun online through GunBroker and they said 10-14 days we'll it's about going on a month and I haven't heard back about my order after inquiring about 3 times via email I'm starting to get frustrated. Not only did I pay more than the items worth to top it off I read that some people actually have received there orders who purchased much later than I did.

Purchased a firearm from website 2 weeks ago. Today, after several attempts to get a status update, they informed me that they did not receive the shipment containing my item. This is AFTER they informed me that my shopping was delayed due to COVID. Not sure why they would even list out of stock items as in stock but save yourself the hassle. Plenty of other places to purchase online without issue.Updated 7/7/20Curiously, the item I purchased is still listed as in stock, now with a higher sale price. When asked, they advised they are expecting a shipment in two weeks. Seems a bit suspect to post an item as in stock without indicating its backorder status, and the price hike....well youve been warned!!

Going 3wks waiting on my order. No response from their unhelpful desk. How can you show an item in stock and take 3+ WKS to ship?!Ill give them until the end of wk 4 considering the whole COVID situation. If my item does not ship by then I will be doing a full charge back with my bank. Very poor communication from these people will never do business with them again and I would suggest you do the same unless you enjoy having your money tied up for weeks with poor response from the unhelpful desk and no updates on your order status of expected ship time. The $50 I saved going with these people is pretty much moot at this point considering I wouldve had my item 3wks ago if Id I shopped elsewhere.
