Walked in cash in hand to buy a Tavor. Refused to budge even a dollar on the base price claiming something about blanket pricing from the manufacturer. Okay, I can understand that. Asked if they would eat the tax on it, VERY common on cash purchases in the industry, got another nope saying the blanket price wouldnt let them. The manufacturer doesnt collect state sales tax soooooo that's a lie... I won't be back. Really went down hill since I first started buying with them back in 2008 and they've received the last of my money.

Wish I could do lower than 1 star on this company, I have order 3 pistols on different occasions from them all arriving rusted and damaged. One was rusted so badly I had to seriously force the magazine out of the weapon, scratching it badly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to make it right, they refused to give me a complete refund for my order telling me it was my responsibility to deal with the manufacturer directly stating its company policy. They advertise new, in good working condition firearms but that is a lie in my experiences. Do business with any other wholesale or distributer that will not sell you a rusted pile of junk that you are on the hook for (I do orders for customers not for stocking).
