First the owner was most helpful person I could have ever hoped to talk to about my gun issues and I left the conversation feeling like I would know a Quality gun expert the rest of my life & he was going to have a life time customer. He sent my parts & they never showed up. I called him & asked where my package was, he then made it clear that the package was delivered according to the tracking information & he would NOT be covering the package unless the United States Postal Service approved the insurance for the lost package. Seeing that he made it SO CLEAR that the USPS Denies insurance claims 99% of the time and on top of it he was not going to cover the package unless they covered it first, I felt I had no choice but to contact the Office of the Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division & put in a formal complaint. Outback Guns claims that the insurance was approved beforehand but I believe its because they got an email from the attorney generals office. Now they fully refunded me and they dont care that I needed my part to my shotgun and its a life-and-death situation when this situation was happening and they dont care now. this experience has left me to believe that this company is very selfishMy advice is dont have them ship you anything unless youre willing to take the chance because they will not cover it. Terrible customer service
