Brian is the only person there that will give you a decent price for your items if you go to sell or pawn something, if he cant give you a decent price for your item he trys to be nice about it at the least! MOST of the other staff members are so rude & always literally always say that your items, no matter how awesome are a dime a dozen!! Like that is just rude! They offered me $5 for 2 case knifes that I made $75 on at The Pawn Shop in paintsville! I love Brian! I love buying stuff from them but I havent been back since that offer, it was beyond insulting honestly! They really need more workers like Brian! Brian is honestly the only reason I gave the shop 2 stars.

Total joke, will offer you 20 for something theyll sell for 200. Do not go here, go to The Pawn Shop in paintsville or Martin Gun & Pawn which is literately 12 minutes away, you will get at least triple what you would get at the Scam Elephant. They take advantage of people who are down on their luck and insult your items.
