I would like to let your company, and the world to know what great customer service and products you have. I bought a Williams Gun Sight for my Marlin 1894, lever action rifle. Works just as advertised. Somewhere along the line, the fiber optic on the front sight went missing. I searched the usual places and couldn't find just the optic tube. I called Williams Gun Sight Co and was put in touch with a terrific guy in the Tech Dept (I believe) who immediately understood what I needed and took care of me. In less than a week, I had the exact piece I need with 2 spares and a reminder that WGS company stands behind their products. And indeed they do.Thank you,Arthur HanffSt Charles, Missouri

Good selection of guns and ammo, and nice range, but you will not get a moment of attention from any of the staff if you look under 30. Terrible customer service all around. I've made 3-4 purchases here and every time I am completely ignored and mistreated by the staff. If you are under 35 go to a different store

Misleading and the manager doesn't seem to care if you have an issue. Misunderstood what I said and before I could correct it was like'it's not our fault you don't like the gun now' which wasn't what I said. I like the gun but I'm not in love with it enough to put money down to hold it. You made it sound like the deposit was for paperwork. Now I have to come in and do paperwork even if I want my money back minus 15% and they stop doing paperwork at 5:30. Which when I specifically asked when can I come in to get my gun was just told the hours nothing was said about 5:30. Can't wait to get my dealings with them behind me and go back to only using Bullock's.

Absolutely blown away by how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. First time firearm buyer and Joel was super informative, knowledgeable, and happily answered in depth any questions I had and found me the perfect fit. Highly recommend Williams to gun owners and first time buyers you cant go wrong!!

Horrendous customer service. Called in with a simple question about one of their products and the guy that answered could not have been more rude and obnoxious. I would not do business with them.
