I contacted this organization about an appraisal on a gun which their website says is a service they provide.After sending pictures and following their instructions they refused to give an appraisal because they were not interested in buying my gun.The phrase on their website says 'or just an appraisal'.I would not recommend this organization to anyone and they are very rude on the phone.
