Second time using them for a plaque. Great service, fast turn around! Lady who helped me (Aisha) was very polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Horrible customer service very rude I called to let them know about a stolen gun and check for myself if perhaps it may be there and neither the lady or the man would even take the serial number I had provided they said it wouldnt do any good but the last 3 pawn shops Ive called have been very appreciative and took the serial number and said they would keep an eye out!
