I purchased an item from them, installed it, and decided to go a different route. I contacted Haul Brass and explained my situation. Jack went out of his way to let me exchange my previously installed part for one that he didn't even stock! He went out of his way to make me happy and he didn't have to. Jack was also very quick at contacting me back to expedite my request, even answering my emails after hours. High quality customer service at its finest!
