Very friendly people, In my case they went out of their way to help me get a xds while I was in Germany in time for a bestmans present back in the states. Also a great side note the price was way cheaper than the other 10+ gun shops I called from Texas to Missouri. I will continue most if not all my gun purchases from medicine creek.
