Got a new quality string put on my bow and a month later it broke leaving a cut along my forearm. Took my bow and string into them and the female there (Kelsey I think) told me I had to of dry fired it by the way the string broke on me. I told her numerous times I never dry fired it which I hadnt but she continued putting the blame on something I did. I had no more than 50 arrows through the bow with that string and she told me she wouldnt replace the string. So now Im out that money. I didnt appreciate how she approached it and I wont recommend powderhorn to anyone.
