Ordered an item on January 3rd and it hasn't shipped. I've emailed without any response. I've called many times, getting an answer once by someone telling me that the store would reopen on Monday January 25th. Numerous calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. Nonexistent customer service!

Ammoplanet is pretty neat shop ran by a super friendly and outgoing gun enthusiast.Ammoplanet has a good selection of new and pre-owned pistols, shotguns and hunting rifles at reasonable and negotiable prices, but I'd say they mainly focus on the AR platform, being has they have a selection of AR uppers in different calibers, complete AR pistol conversion kits and all sorts of misc accessories such as custom dust covers, charging handles or a nifty magazine with Trump on it. If you're looking for Black Rain rifles give this guy a call.My latest personal experience with him was a fantastic one, I purchased a Durkin Tactical upper for a 5.56 and I was allowed to try it on my lower. The upper fit good but the BCG didn't quite fit so the owner took care of it happily, he even busted out a little sweat for his customer getting the barrel and gas tube off, which I was delighted he did because I dislike doing it personally. Overall we had a good time, a few laughs and an awesome experience... Will be visiting again for sure and If you have something in mind give Ammo planet a call.

I have had some really negative experiences with Ammo Planet lately! I dont like saying bad things about people, but I think it is necessary to make a public and formal complaint in this case. Ive used Ammo Planet as an FFL for the past year or so, and I recently requested that a seller send an item to them as FFL provider. The store owner told the seller he did not want to bother with my item after wasting nearly half a week of our time as we waited due to trying to reach him. I requested to speak with him, and he was unwilling to even answer. I do not know why he would treat me like this, as I have always been courteous, paid promptly, met all the legal requirements, etc. Another major gripe is that I have not felt like the store always stocks interesting new inventory. I would recommend Tom at TNT guns over this store any day based on my recent experiences!
