This is a nice, small town, type of gun shop. Dennis Van Tassel is a very experienced gunsmith, who is much in demand. His wife, Mary, is a friendly Irish lass who is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions. They have a nice selection of new and used firearms. If you want something they don't have they can order it and if you want a firearm transferred from another dealer in a different state they can facilitate the transfer for a very reasonable $30 fee.

Seemed like a friendly couple, I almost made a mistake and bought sabot shells instead of the regular slugs and she had the foresight to question because I had also talked about a recent purchase I made, so she not only save me ten dollars but could have let me buy the ammo and made the two dollars herself. Honest people are hard to come buy and you can't put a price on that. They have a great selection of firearms, ammo, reloading and hunting equipment.

I had my ruger rimfire shipped there today the woman behind the counter was polite and nice to me the whole time I did my FFL transfer and actually met some really nice people I would recommend that place anyday
