John helped me out over the phone in returning a firearm of mine that was recovered by the police department. He was very pleasant each time I spoke to him on the phone and took the time to help me out even though there wasnt much in it for him. He told me up front what he thought it would cost, which was very reasonable, but ended up charging me 1/2 of what he quoted because it was a simple fix. Very honest. Thank you again for the help!
