Super efficient . Made an appointment. Paperwork and process went so smoothly. Old time store with lots of experience. The gentleman was a no kidding around serious about his trade and I totally respected him for that. I felt safe and comfortable knowing that this guy really knew his stuff. I would use him again.

Not understanding the bad reviews, went here for pepper spray and had no problems at all. Yes its a little more expensive but theres only one other place in the city to buy it. And yes Charlie is a character but thats old New York with all its quirks!
