Purchased a 2020 Jeep here a few days ago. Chris Connolly made the process easy. Test drove the vehicle and then worked out all the numbers. We left to grab lunch while the dealership got the paperwork ready. When we returned the paperwork was ready to sign and left with the vehicle.

The worst customer service I've had in a while. Went to test drive a vehicle with my girlfriend. After driving it and discussing price the saleswoman went in to check with her boss, saying we can wait right here, she'd be right back. 40 minutes later we come in to see her working with another customer. Didn't even acknowledge that we were still waiting until another associate went and said something. 40 minutes later she quotes a higher price than already offered. Said that the KBB value for the car was too low, because they take pride in the cars they sell, they 'clean the air filters and wiper blades.' I don't even care about the price, I care we were left outside waiting and forgotten. We should have just left after 15 minutes, but foolishly thought she was working on getting us numbers. This was a car for my girlfriend, I'm in the market for a new vehicle and neither of us will return there.
