So, let me tell you about how fantastic greg and the service dept has been to someone in an emergency. So my lovely 2018 ford explorer sport decided to all of a sudden throw allThe traction lights on and lost overdrive and cruise control while towing my seadoo from the jersey shore to lake george for a 4 day get away with the guys. I couldnt believe my luck. Thinking my vacation was over i called the closest ford dealer to where we were staying and it happened to be warren ford. With that said they said bring it on down and we will get you right in. Not only did i literally come there they pulled it right in and diagnosed my problem but overnighted my sensor! And next morning was in and out in ten mins!!!! These guys are top notch and judging by the 15 or so presidential awards hanging up, you know they are the right dealer to dealer with!! I am super happy they saved my vacation and the customer service has been beyond my expectations! I know it will be for you as well!Thank You Again Greg and staff!!!

Always takes well good care of their customers. I don't usually not go with a recommendations when they recommend work to be done on my car. I have a 2016 Ford focus I got in January of 2017 there I dealt with Mr. White! To be straight up he did not BS me at all didn't beat around the bush got me taking care of that day. Everything figured out within about an hour and a half at max between running numbers and getting all paperwork gathered together for what I needed of any proof. The mechanic shop also takes really good care of me. I'm lucky to say with part of going to Warren Ford and getting my car there it's nice to have the perk of a loaner car as long as you call ahead and make an appointment. Well I don't want them to feel I abused the privilege. I definitely use this perk so I can still go to work and drop my car off in the morning so I don't miss out on a days pay but rather just a couple of hours at max. Or it's just plain nice so you don't have to be sitting in the waiting room or have somebody come pick you up just to not be stuck at the shop while your vehicle's being worked on. Warren Ford has always been straight up and it's always been a good experience going to them for all my car needs! Warren Ford also likes to do what they can to help out charities or organizations as much as possible.
