If I could give more stars I would. Customer service was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, made a newbie like me feel comfortable and welcome.

Terrible cerakote-coating service. I bought my glock 48 in to have it cerakoted NRA blue and I was told it would take a week to a week and a half. Two weeks goes by and I don't receive a phone call. So, I decide to call and I was told by the person cerakote-coating my firearm that it would be done the next day and I can come pick it up once I receive his phone call. The next day I'm waiting for a phone call and I do not receive my phone call. So, I call the next morning and I was told 'our gun smiths are busy and if I go back and ask them another question they are going to be upset.' I was then told to call back in three hours when all I wanted to know is if my firearm was ready to be picked up. So, I call back three hours later and after being on hold for about three minutes one of the gun smiths said that nothing was done to my gun at all and it was not even painted! So, at this point I've been without my firearm for almost three weeks and nothing was done to it?!?. I go in the next afternoon and I just decide to get my firearm back at this point and go somewhere else. When I go into the store explained why I was there and I just wanted my firearm back at this point. Before the gunsmith went to retrieve my firearm, I was told that the guy who was supposed to be cerakote-coating my firearm had called out the last two days and that is why I never received a phone call. I said okay I, understand that but according to you nothing my firearm was never cerakoted and that is when he said correct.When he came back with my firearm, he stated 'actually it looked like he attempted to paint your slide but he probably didn't like the way it came out so he removed the paint off of it but, here is your firearm back and we will not charge you.'When I received my firearm back, it had NRA cerakote paint still on my slide. I asked how do I get this off and I was told to scrub gently with a piece of wool!Then he apologized for the inconvenience and said if you want to come back and have your firearm redone, we can work a deal on the labor fees. So, I give Hyatt Gun Shop my brand new Glock 48 to be cerakoted and not only is it a easy job especially since this person is supposed to be a certified cerakoter but, I was told a week and a half tops and I never receive a phone call or anything about my firearm.Then when I receive my firearm back, it's still has blue paint on it and I'm told to take it off myself. I do not understand why I'm scrubbing it attempting to scrub anything off myself when I gave you all a clean Glock 48 to work on. I left with my firearm in hand and took it somewhere else to be cerakoted. The really unfortunate thing about this incident is that I was really looking forward to buying some firearms from here because they have a nice collection of firearms but, this incident really has left a bad tatse in my mouth. Also, it would of been nice if your certified cerakoter would or called me and apologized for the entire incident and told me why he was unable to do it but instead it was like oh well here's your partially blue and sliver slide back and figure out how to get the blue off. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone getting their guns cerakoted here. Find another place!Respectfully, Jose
