Great experience. Mike Simpson was a patient instructor for this newbie. He had a great manner for teaching, had helpful tips, answered my questions. We'll go back ! They also have days with price deals we'll take advantage of.

Terrible first encounter. Woman on the phone, who became condescending, could not locate price of an extremely popular make and model of a firearm. I asked to speak to someone who may know the price. A man said the item was not in stock. I asked what the price is. This man said he didn't have a price because it was out of stock. ?? He then said I was rude to the woman and hung up on me. Seriously? Unbelievable. Does SERVICE mean anything these days? I guess he feels he has enough customers given the current high demand for firearms and ammo. I sure won't be giving him ANY retail or range business and, will encourage others to do the same.

i want to purchase ammo for my gun , and i was speaking to One of the sales man , that was my first time in there store , and i ask him for 38special ammo , he gave me 380 ammo , when i got home , he gave me the wrong ammo, i went back to the store to exchange them for the right ammothe manager told me we don't return or exchange anything , i explain to himthat was the salesman fault not my fault , he said that is the policy in his store, i will tell all my friend about how bad is the service in that place .
