First time gun owner thanks to Kheegan and I will certainly be back. Loved the experience so much, I got my brother into it, and now he's also heading to this range with me frequently. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable. Will be back to purchase a Sig!

Guns and ammo are reasonably priced but when 4 lanes are open and I'm firing a pistol, they demanded I stand directly to the right of someone firing a rifle with the sound of a cannon. I had to leave 10 minutes into it because it was ridiculous. Why not put pistols and rifles into different ranges?

This was my first experience shooting a gun, and my boyfriend recommended that we come here since he was a member. It was a great experience for me. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable and safe and were very helpful!! It was reasonably priced as well and a very nice facility. I will be returning :)

I am a disable man and with very limited english, I paid for a small hand gun after I got the permit as the covid safety issue on April 23rd. I didnt get the gun yet. When I got the permit as they cannot give me the gun as schedule so I bought another one for the immediate need. I went to their stores at pineville, lake norman, and sc for more than 12 times and I was sent by them to another stores another times, another saleman, time by time, I am not satisfied the salesman service I will write a review on BBB and google for the complaint as I told them to let everyone know what happened. I didn't get the gun and they said as their rule they have to sell it as used and then give me 90%, how crazy rules? another I am not happy is they foreced me to buy the floor sample and as my english is poor and they cheated me to pay without understanding.

Reserved 2 lanes to bring the wife and daughter along. They are first time ever shooters and I wanted to test out a new Hammerli TAC R1 I just purchased. I also was hoping to run a few rounds through a Beretta APX before making a purchasing decision for that specific firearm. Unfortunately they did not have one available for rent. However I dont recall the fella's name but he recommended I give a PX Storm a go rather than the Glock 19 I was going to use. Good choice and really helped to get a feel for what the APX trigger pull feels like. Boxes of ammo are a bit high so definitely keep that in mind if you plan to rent. Everyone was helpful and that same gentleman kept checking up on my family and making sure they were all set as I spent most of my time loading ammo and giving them instructions. The only hiccup to speak of is the reservation process. Our own fault for confusing the times BUT the receipt that is emailed does not have any specific time information on it. That would be helpful for forgetful folks like us. The young man at the desk put us on the waiting list and got us in the door within 10 minutes so it all worked out. Outside of that the experience was great. The family plan terms look to be reasonable and I'm probably going to become a member. If you are looking for a clean, safe and professional place to shoot then I definitely recommend The Range At Ballantyne.
