Forest City Honda

We purchased a new car from Mickey Digh. We were truly blessed! Mickey is a super guy. He totally explained in detail everything we needed to know and more. We love our car and will be part of The Honda Family. I want to thank Mickey and the entire staff and management at Forest City Honda. I purchased my first car on 02/02/2019. A 2012 Buick Verano with an extended warranty. After taking the car back numerous times because of issues with the oil. I was informed the motor was burning the old. No warning lights indicated the oil was low or out. I was advised they would get me out of the car and return a week later to look at a couple of cars. On return they only had one a 2018 Toyota Camry which was purchased on December 21st and returned a week later for a key and reported issues. 100 dollars billed to my extended warranty transferred that I did not need because Toyota informed me the car had a 5 year warranty already. I was told by the Service manager to spend my money ant take it to Toyota. Carfax report given after requested when the car went in for service reported the the car had been in an accident sustaining right front end passenger side damage where all the reported noises were coming from. I dd refer another customer before this but never again. They got me out of the Buick with a 6,400 dollar negative equity. By the way they sold the Buick was sold to a nearby auction dealer.

Great service!! The man at the service desk in the back shop area was AWESOME!!! He gave me a tag for the front of my car!!! He was so cool,! If only all businesses had such associates the world would be a much better place!! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful place to buy a Honda. Angie is really sweet, and great to work with. Darren is new, and is a nice guy to work with as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

(This was awhile ago) A gift, thinking of how amazing they served us in comparison to what we got at Apple Tree Honda could make me cry.Apple Tree Honda sent my wife with a recall without repairing it and it could have lit my pregnant wife's car on fire. Forrest City, didn't skip a beat, they saw it and did it and no questions asked and didn't try to up-sell me anything. They kindly, quickly, and without any hassle fixed my wife's car and charged us nothing as they were suppose to. My wife's car had already started smoking but Apple tree sent her away, after holding the car a long time and doing nothing and being very unresponsive. GO TO FORREST CITY HONDA FOR TRUSTWORTHY HUMANE STAFF- WORTH AN HOUR DRIVE!
