Lowe's Forest City - shame on you for letting people in without masks. If the law doesn't apply in your store and you let people decide whether or not to follow it, does that mean people can choose not to pay for things? Seems logical

Bought a used battery operated weedeater was told everything was in the box,opened it up everything was there except there was no string on it,I know it was used but no string, so I came back to Lowes was told that the way it is had to buy string another 22 dollars not to happy I'm glad it was discounted I am on a fixed income but it would have been nice to know it needed string I could have gotten it then saved me a trip I buy a lot from Lowe's a little disappointed my fiancee just purchased a lot of flooring from you would think even if it's used there could have been a discount on the string
