Been going here since it was a small pawn shop in a strip mall. Best thing about it is no matter when you go or which employee helps you they are going to be polite and treat you with respect as customer. You can tell the owner does not tolerate rude behavior from employees and in turn these young men and women are learning lessons on how to act that will help them be successful in the future wherever they go. Almost all small businesses used to be this way but it is truly rare nowadays.

After years of loving this place its sad to say that in the two years Ive been away from the area this place has changed. The employees lack the knowledge they once had and standards have fallen resulting in a substandard customer service experience. Emplpyees are dishonest or rude. I have purchased 6 firearms here over the years and used to always have a positive experience. I wont spend another dollar here again, but I hope they continue to do well.

Order an M&P15 sport 2 from Fuquay online. Shipped out NEXT DAY. After background check cleared (Im in IL and it took forever, go figure...) I picked up from my local FFL. The stated PMag wasnt in the box so I emailed Fuquay. Within the hour I not only had a response, but a tracking number for a new PMag being sent direct to my house. Now THAT is customer service!! Great pricing, great customer service, super quick shipping. I will gladly be giving them more of my hard earned money in the future, as well as referring my friends and family to do the same. Shoot, I might even have to make a road trip down to NC just to stop by! Keep it up Fuquay!
