Went to the class and someone came to the locked door stating there was no class. We were told the classes have been cancelled by the county and that the building is only open to the local police. Disappointed.

The class was good, but the communication has been horrific!!! Took a class with John Penny October 12, and at the end of class we were told we would be mailed our certificates since he was out of certificates and the county was behind. Weve called and text several times about our certificates and have yet to receive them. When he responded the first time I text I was told, Ill go by post department here at work. I dropped them off here at work., and after I responded I was also told, Ill bring new ones to you if they are lost. Ive text and called since then, still NO RESPONSE! Today is December 2! Luckily I have kept all documentation regarding this disgusting encounter. This was a waste of money and time. The treatment weve received is unprofessional and careless. I wouldnt recommend this class to anyone.

On October 19, 2019, I attended Jon's class and spent 10 hours as required. I passed the written test with 100% correct and passed the field test. At the end of class, he stated that he did not have our certificates and he would mail them by the next Wednesday. I tried contacting him and he finally texted me on Oct. 30 stating that he received the certificates on Monday October 28, 2019 and he mailed them on Oct 29, 2019. Since this time, I have sent 5 text messages, 4 emails and left numerous phone messages. He refuses to answer or respond to any of them. I called the Apex police dept. where I believe he said he worked and they told me he hasn't worked there for ten years. Today is December 6, 2019 and I haven't heard from him or received my certificate. I believe that I have been scammed. I purchased a voucher through Groupon and will will try to post this message there also. Beware of this company.

Took the class on Oct19. Its Dec3 and Im still waiting on my certificate. Better yet Im waiting on a response as well.
