I called in search of a particular handgun today. I told the man on the phone what it was, he replied Yeah, I think we have that, but I dont know the price. Ive got a line of customers waiting, youll have to come in if you want the price. Lmao, yeah right. You could have taken ten seconds maximum to tell me the details and price but instead you lost an $800 Sale. I bought it 20 minutes later at a competitor. Ive read the reviews, and many others have had bad experiences here. I tend to think its the owner, otherwise someone with repeat poor performance reviews would either be reprimanded or fired, right? Regardless, this business went from my first choice, straight to the bottom. Dont be such a degenerate and you might have a more successful business. Cheers!

Haven't been treated this poorly in a while. The elderly gentleman behind the counter was clearly bothered by me being in the store, treated me as if I was second class and could not afford to purchase from him. So I left and from my personal experience and reading reviews I would encourage people of color to take your business elsewhere.

I walked into the store and got an immediate dirty look from the gentleman working at the counter. I came in and hopes to look at one of the new Springfield hellcat handguns or a Springfield saint rifle. a gentleman working behind the counter seemed fed up with the elderly gentleman he was helping at the register. He took a pause between helping the elderly gentleman to ask me what can I help you with very rudely when I told him the two guns that I was interested in he immediately said ain't got them might have a hellcat next week. When I asked him the price of the hellcat he said I don't know as if it was an inconvenience to ask. I immediately left the store feeling confused because I have only ever been in here one time before and it was bustling with business and everyone was polite. Not sure if today was just a bad day or bad time regardless the rude customer service was uncalled for.
