My 1st time at a personal defense business. I had a lot of anxious feelings about what was going to happen. My nerves were quickly calmed by the knowledgeable staff. They were very clear explaining everything from all aspects of safety to the different types of guns we were going to use. Extremely patient with our group of newbies.
