My husband and I attended a Personal Defense Practice night, and wow!!! The instructor is so full of knowledge. I learned more in the 20 minute safety briefing and introduction than in many of the classes I've taken previously. It was both challenging and fun, but more importantly - life changing. These are the skills needed to protect oneself. Excellent experience, and I will certainly be back to continue learning!
