They're customer/tech service over the phone and text are ALL USELESS. Tried to contact them to talk over the phone over a defective product they sent me and they're unavailable!! Processing full refund thru my credit card company and never using Pyramyd Air ever again.

I have purchased numerous items from P.A, guns, pellets, sights, etc. Never once had a problem. Now and again I buy something that I could have gotten a couple bucks cheaper on Amazon, just because I like dealing with people I trust. P.A. also has lower shipping costs than the other major online airgun store.

Terrible customer service, sent me the wrong item. Took more then 3 days to contact them. Was able to return item and they promised me the correct item. They waited until they received my item back and never reserved my original item to ship back. Guess what, out of stock. Sorry your item is on back order now. they used to have good service but have gone down hill fast.

Shipping was way past the expected date, once received the gun was bent and defective. They offered an RMA and to replace the gun. Once they received the bent gun, they dropped off of the face of the earth. It has been 4 weeks since they received my RMA and I have not heard from them in 3 weeks, even though I have been contacting them every week.. Ill assume im out the $150.00 I paid for the gun, unless my bank can do a chargeback.Shady, horrible customer service.
