Just awful. Damaged my son’s Walther PDP pistol when he brought it in to have new sights installed. They damaged the gun and are refusing to fix it claiming “too expensive”. Well then quit smithing and stand behind their work. Then they called my son and threatened legal action if I contacted them again. So this is my reply…Fix the gun or I’ll keep calling you!

I enjoy my time at the range and have bought 3 pistols and will buy again. The staff is friendly and will give advise if needed. I understand the need to grow as a business while sharing the enjoyment of the sport but I'm troubled with the safety rules. Clearly they are put in place to keep the guests and R/O safe but in my opinion when a new person or group shows up and they do not speak or understand English and have never handled a firearm before it's an issue. The R/O did a great job trying to explain the rules but was hindered because he had to speak through a translator in the group who also never handled a firearm. I don't think the staff needs to be fluent in other languages because that's ridiculous. Let's keep it clean and safe.

Never shot a gun before. Very experienced staff made me feel safe and comfortable shooting a 22 caliber handgun. Fairly priced would have paid twice if I knew how well trained the staff was!

These guys were fantastic. I brought my parents for their first time ever shooting and they loved it. We felt so comfortable and received tons of great support and advice! We will absolutely be back!
