I find the manager of the gun department to be rude and condescending. I also called for a price on a Springfield Hellcat base model MSRP $569. Talk about price gouging. The man had the nerve to tell me the price would be $800 dollars. I called another dealer in Emmaus that same day and purchased the Hellcat for the MSRP. I had been purchasing firearms at the Grape Street Army and Navy for over 25 years. NEVER again!

Overall good experience. Was able to go in and find what I was looking for at a price that was within my budget. The reps I dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful. The o my downfall was the woman at the front register. Was wasnt very friendly or welcoming when it came time check out, despite me trying to make small talk while I was checking out. Other than that great staff. Will return again.
