Bought a pistol from John,and and three other guns online and shipped to him for transfer,no problems at all. John is a easy guy to work with, no fuss, no pressure. More like stoppin by to talk to gun buddy. No snooty old gun shop owner stuff, or mega store lack of knowlege. Two thumbs up five stars he is my go to guy. Oh he put night sites on a pistol for me also, hard to find good gunsmithing these days.

Boondock Firearms is a one stop shop for any firearms needs. John is incredibly knowledgeable, has excellent prices and even better customer service. I have purchased probably 5-6 firearms from Boondock and every time is a quick, enjoyable experience. Anyone could easily purchase from big-name retailer either in person or online, however you wont get the same personable experience as you will at Boondock. Personally, being military, I have access to firearms resources most others dont have access to, but I continue to come back to Boondock. Its a pretty impressive shop, especially for a one man show. Trust me, he wont disappoint!

John built my first custom AR 15, it is definitely a work of art and tack driver. He's very knowledgeable about all firearms and you can't beat his service and flexible hours. Best prices around by far, I will continue to do business with him in the future. If you're kicking the idea around about having an AR built, he's your guy.
