I've been buying guns and accessories here since April of 2021. This place by FAR is the best store I've been to. First thing that happens when I walk thru the door I hear is "HI Bob". That simple greeting says it all. I've bought more guns here in a short time than almost everyone except a few who have me by 20 years or so as regulars. Both Jon and Don have gone way above and beyond gor me. THAT'S customer service! It may be a tiny store and not loaded like the million dollar chain stores, but what you want can be ordered there. I have purchased about every type gun at Sauers and have been very satisfied. They have mounted scopes, dots, boresighted, and offered to fix any issues if I had any. This level of customer service simply doesn't exist elsewhere. There is always a few people whom nobody can satisfy. So to anyone reading these reviews, take any negative remarks with skepticism. I visit this store on average 3 times a week, sometimes to just say hi and I have NEVER ever heard these two fellas say a nasty word to any customer. Yes, this is a small shop and it has a huge heart when it deals with customers. My name is Bob Clark and I live within 22 miles of this store. When you get treated like family, why go anywhere else.
