Rich offers the best customer service Ive had in the gun industry. He has gone the extra mile and then some to obtain some reloading components for me during tough times in the market. He also regularly does great things for the local community. I consider myself lucky to have his business nearby.

Just thanks so much Rich and the other guy. Amazing service and workmanship. I visited 3 gun stores today including Nashville Armory and Royal Range and others and they all told a me it would take weeks and close to and over $100 just to get a screw and mount for the front sight on my shotgun. Rich was floored that they wouldnt help me and decided to take care of my minor problem on the spot, had the right screw, and him and his business partner worked on it until it was complete. They even installed the front sight for me! They both went above and beyond to help me and it was nice to joke around and cut up a bit while I waited. These guys care about customers and actually try to help out unlike the snobiness and rip off of Nashville Armory. You can tell its business but also a passion in their shop. I will drive from Nolensville again for work on my guns. Just really glad to have found them.

Was able to fix my pistol quickly and efficiently. Didn't charge and arm and a leg. Owner is former marine. Wonderful guy to chat to and knows what yes doing
