I have maybe wrote 2 reviews on google in my life and they were because the business was so great i felt compelled to do so and I wish that would have been my experience here. I was looking to purchase a Savage FV-SR (MSRP $295, but you can purchase them new for around $260-$300 OTD). I called looking around and this man told me he had one and the one he had was fully loaded and nice to come look at it. I arrive and before he even knew what i was there for was immediately being rude, but i thought maybe its just his personality. Now He did state on the phone he was wanting $400 OTD for it so i did know that, but i guess by it being 'loaded out' meant it was used with heavy wear and a $20 Walmart scope. I was very respectful and politely said that this gun is used, but he kept telling me its a match grade gun and this and that, it started to feel as if he was pressuring me to purchase it...What he didn't know is I have owned one before and know a great deal about firearms. This was a heavily used bone stock FV-SR with accutrigger and match barrel THAT COMES STOCK. It had a scope I would not put on a BB gun, but i didn't say anything and just asked if he would come off the price that this gun new is only $300. He then proceeded to degrade me asking me if i knew what 'match' meant and told me to go get one somewhere else and why they hell did i come up here then and i was shocked by his reaction, but still being polite I said sir...i thought maybe it had a good scope on it that would make it worth $400 and i didn't know it was used (used very much...heavy wear marks). I had printed out a paper that showed the Firearm i was looking for from the manufactures website to help not just here, but whatever store i went to. When i showed him that the gun is just not worth that much and he was trying to sell me something and making up things about a gun i have owned he pretty much told me to leave.....I can deal with a salesman, but this man was a total jerk to me when I was nothing but respectful and was trying to con me into buying it. I feel bad for people who don't know much and fall for this.... I bet from the date this is posted, this time next year he will be out of business. I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know, and work with about JP's 'gun store'. I bet because i am young and dress nice he assumed i didn't know what i was doing and was clearly trying to con me. He choose to be disrespectful to the wrong person that day and I was nothing but respectful even as i left. A man who walked out as i was getting in my truck actually said 'man why was he such a D***', but from talking to other people this sounds common. I will never go back to this place, or ever recommend it. Backstage ordered it for me for $302 brand new OTD that's tax, BG check and all....If you do go to JP's just look at what guns cost online and compare first, or at least stop and buy some KY jelly before you go.

This is a great place to buy or sell things the man in there is very friendly and knows his stuff I've always gotten a fair price for my stuff and I know everyone else has , youll have to go and check it out they've got all kinds of stuff !!!
